One Arizona is the coordinating hub for civic engagement efforts across Arizona, bringing together nearly 30 diverse community-based organizations. Through strategic collaboration, data-informed programming, and a long-term commitment to community-led initiatives, we foster a culture of civic engagement that endures beyond election cycles.

One Arizona is a statewide coalition that brings our state’s community-based organizations into powerful alignment. Together, we coordinate our partners work to amplify impact, connect strategy, and turn individual efforts into collective power. When Arizona’s organizers move together we reach further, build stronger, and make lasting change possible.
Our partners lead the way in direct action, advocacy, integrated voter engagement, mutual aid, and community driven solutions that strengthen our democracy and improve lives. Through coordination, capacity support, and resource mobilization, One Arizona weaves these efforts into a single, statewide fabric–strong enough to hold our communities, flexible enough to meet the moment, and enduring enough to shape Arizona’s future.
STRATEGIC PLAN
FOR 2025
Arizona’s political landscape and electorate are evolving. Communities of color, young voters, and rural organizers all play a key role in shaping the state’s political landscape. Black, Indigenous, communities of color, and young people are an increasingly powerful voting bloc and are therefore the primary targets of disenfranchisement efforts. Our efforts in 2025 will lay the groundwork for critical outcomes in 2026 and beyond.
Building a united movement
Expanding the electorate by registering thousands of new BIPOC and youth voters while employing integrated voter engagement as a core base-building strategy
Growing civic leaders
Strengthening our movement by regranting critical funding to cultivate the next generation of civic leaders
OUR COMMUNITY
Our community is made up of Black, Indigenous, and people of color; working-class and poor individuals; migrants; youth; queer and justice-impacted people; and those who are currently unable to vote.
ACTIVE ACROSS ARIZONA
While we began in Arizona’s urban centers, Maricopa and Pima Counties, we have steadily expanded our reach to Yuma, Cochise, Apache, Pinal, Mohave, Coconino, Navajo, and Yavapai, reflecting the geographic, cultural, and political diversity that defines Arizona.
MULTI-ISSUE FOCUSED
Our strategies include integrated voter engagement, large-scale voter registration, civic education, GOTV efforts, election protection, and democracy defense. We are committed to fostering a more inclusive and equitable democracy by equipping our coalition partners with financial resources, training, digital tools, and networking opportunities.
Diverse People
We prioritize bringing more diverse voices to the table by supporting people affected by felony disenfranchisement, and uplifting undocumented and mixed-status families, ensuring every community has a pathway to civic life.

One Arizona
We transform Arizona into a more inclusive and equitable state, where the voices of BIPOC and underrepresented communities are amplified and represented. Recently, we’ve expanded our reach to ten of Arizona’s fifteen counties growing a multiracial, multigenerational coalition. We’ve deepened engagement in historically underrepresented communities, including Black, AANHPI, Indigenous, rural, and newly arrived Arizonans to ensure our democracy reflects the full diversity of the state.
